Order Processing and Shipping Policy

We process all orders within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received. You'll get another email when your order ships.

Shipping times displayed at checkout are estimates from the shipping provider and not from OMG. For example, if USPS suggests a 1 to 2-day delivery time for your location, actual delivery may take longer.

Please note that shipper's estimated delivery times do not include OMG's processing time and potential shipping delays like weather, holidays, or other issues beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:

• Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.
• Estimated delivery times (excluding weekends and holidays):
  • USPS Priority: 5 to 7 business days
  • FedEx Ground: 5 to 7 business days
  • Free Shipping: 5 to 7 business days
• These are estimated times and may vary based on the shipping provider.

International Shipping, Duties, and Taxes:

• Shipping costs for international orders are calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Estimated delivery times are similar to domestic shipping and exclude weekends and holidays.
• Customers are responsible for all import costs, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. These fees are not included in your OMG purchase and must be paid upon delivery. Note: Some carriers may charge additional fees for collecting duties if not prepaid.
• OMG is not liable for these additional international costs.

Tracking Your Order:

• You'll receive a tracking number in the shipping confirmation email. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
• If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at contact@omg.com with your name and order number for assistance.
